Matrix Download Center (MDC)

The Matrix Download Center allows registered partners to download the latest firmwares, softwares, and related resources.

We have successfully migrated the Matrix FTP to the Matrix Download Center (MDC), which can now be accessed through the Partner Portal.

Access Path

The Matrix Download Center allows registered partners to download the latest firmware, software, and related resources.

Account Creation & Access Process

1. Create an account on the Partner Portal using your official email ID.
2. After account creation, send your registered email ID along with company details to: techcommunity@matrixcomsec.com
3. The Technical Community team will verify your company details in MATRIX CRM.
4. Once verification is completed, MDC access will be enabled for your account.
5. After receiving access, you can log in to the Partner Portal and navigate to:
   
   Registered Partner → Matrix Download Center (MDC)

Important Notes

• MDC access is restricted only to SI (System Integrators) and VADs (Value Added Distributors). Access cannot be provided to end users.
• Only companies registered in MATRIX CRM will be eligible for MDC access.
